Dulwich House
Our clients approached us when they were purchasing a late Victorian semi-detached house in Dulwich. The house had been unaltered for 60 years with lean-to additions, a home made conservatory and an overgrown garden. The project was for a complete refurbishment with a rebuilding of the rear wing along with a hip to gable, mansarded attic extension with a rear outrigger room in a matching roof form. The ground floor rear extension creates a large open-plan kitchen family room with skylights along the flank and towards the rear. Timber glazed doors open out onto the garden. We provided architectural services from inception to completion, through the planning, technical design and construction phases, including cost checking and certification of the builder’s monthly payments.
