Fairfax Road

Our clients purchased a 1960s end of terrace house on the Eyre Estate with a wide double garage on its flank. Our proposal comprised a part one storey part two storey extension on the site of the garage, to form a light and spacious kitchen dining room with bathrooms above. We devised a fully glazed rear elevation to the new and existing living room space using timber framed double glazing in a multi-pane pattern. Above the kitchen a further two storeys of extension provides bathrooms on the two bedroom levels.
