Our clients came to us with the objective of enlarging a modest Arts & Crafts house nestled in the scarp slope of the North Downs. Through a complex but ultimately positive planning process we were able to win consent for a 300% enlargement of the house. The completed building was entirely new-built to modern standards of insulation, spaciousness and comfort but still retaining the essential character of its Arts & Crafts predecessor.
